Microwave Network Project Manager Costa Rica

Responsible of performing the following RSC processes for a specific project: Deployment, Engineering, contracts execution, services planning Scope, budget, schedule, etc., employee management evaluations, career development, etc., Subcontractor management, Quality Management System ISO/TL 9000, material resources management, information tools management. Support organization skills growth thru coaching and training to peers and subordinates. Provide verbal/written instructions to employees. Manage, adjust and forecast, budget, margins and expenses. Maintain assigned resources tools, information.Manage Services contracts Deployment, Engineering, Managed and/or PS to comply with business targets. Manage subcontractor agreements to comply with business objectives.Follow/oversee technical, quality and EH&S procedures. Follow ALU Code of Conduct. Follow/Oversee administrative procedures LAWSON, XMS, SAP, Global Performance Platform GPP. Manage RSC information tools Services Link, ALU Product Training SABA, Experium, Documents. Accountable for customer satisfaction and relations.
