solution architect for Learning

As solution architect for Learning you will interact with the customer to define and provide technical solutions that enhances the customers competitive position. You will plan, design and deliver solutions that improve the customer network in terms of competence, functionality, end-user-services etc. You will also have partial accountability for the Sales Target of the CSI Learning Team in MUCA.


You enjoy working closely with customers and know how to manage customer relationships to achieve the best results. A consultative mindset is one of your strong characteristics and you are able to see the bigger picture. You are self-motivated, with the drive to solve problems and expand your knowledge.

You should also have
• A Bachelors Degrees in Computer Science, Telecommunications or similar.
• You should experience in Ericsson Solutions such as Core, Telecom Management and Access.
• Good written and spoken English
